Carnegie Hill home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Carnegie Hill fell by $147,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,200,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $2,347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Carnegie Hill in December 2016.
