Midtown South home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Midtown South fell by $392,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $850,000 - a 31.6% decrease over the $1,242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Midtown South in December 2016.
