Carnegie Hill home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Carnegie Hill rose by $61,115 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,139,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $2,077,885 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Carnegie Hill in March 2017.
