Greenwich Village home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Greenwich Village rose by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,245,000 - a 2% increase over the $2,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Greenwich Village in March 2017, as well.
