Upper West Side home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Upper West Side fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $855,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $860,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Upper West Side in March 2017.
