Yorkville home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Yorkville fell by $380,000 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $890,000 - a 29.9% decrease over the $1,270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Yorkville in March 2017.
