Chelsea home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Chelsea fell by $459,228 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,773 - a 33.5% decrease over the $1,370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Chelsea in March 2017.
