Times Square home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Times Square rose by $192,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $952,000 - a 25.3% increase over the $760,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Times Square in March 2017.
