Prof. Daniel Pollack has co-authored an article in the New York Law Journal titled “Searching for Justice After October 7th: Conflict-Related Sexual Violence,” alongside Elisa Reiter, a Senior Attorney at Calabrese Budner, LLP. The publication examines the Dinah Project report, which was created to bring attention and justice to victims of conflict-related sexual violence during the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

According to the authors, “The Dinah Project Report is the most comprehensive assessment of the sexual violence committed during the October 7 attack. It goes beyond documentation to provide theoretical and practical frameworks for accountability and prosecution.”
