On Saturday, Nov. 29, the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays, featuring former Poly Prep Country Day School standout Tayo Ilunga-Reed, secured a 34-14 victory over the Springfield Pride in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The contest occurred at Homewood Field at noon and marked the first tournament meeting between the Blue Jays and the Springfield Pride.

Johns Hopkins will face its next opponent on Saturday, Dec. 6, with kickoff scheduled for 12 p.m. at Homewood Field.
