The following day, February 14, 2025, Meng expressed pride in representing the Jewish community in Queens after attending an event with @QJCCTweets. She stated: "It was great to once again join @QJCCTweets this past weekend. I'm proud to represent a vibrant Jewish community in Queens." Addressing the issue of rising antisemitism in New York City, she assured her readiness to confront hate and discrimination whenever it arises.

Later on February 14, 2025, Meng addressed budgetary concerns regarding proposed cuts by the GOP. She asserted: "I'm all for cutting wasteful spending. However, programs that feed children, provide health care, & lower costs for families are not waste." Criticizing the GOP budget for its major cuts to essential programs like SNAP and Medicaid, she described these actions as "a betrayal to hardworking families."
