The Brooklyn College men's tennis team rolled to a 9-0 win over York College in their CUNYAC Opener on Friday. BC improves to 2-1 overall on the 2022-23 Season while the Cardinals dropped their Season Opener. Next Up: The Bulldogs return to their non-conference slate at St. Joseph's Long Island next Wednesday, March 22.
How It Happened
- Ryan Hume and Aymen Kuc scored an 8-0 shutout at No. 2 doubles to start things off for the Bulldogs. Ryan Sham and Craig Pazarecki followed suit with an 8-1 win at the top flight in doubles. Allen Mardakhayev and Mamdou Diallo helped BC to a 3-0 lead heading into singles with an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles.
- Brooklyn only lost one game in singles between all six flights in singles.
