Ritchie John Torres' campaign committee refunds $500 to Jeffrey L. Farrow

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Ritchie John Torres, Torres for Congress, refunded $500 to Jeffrey L. Farrow on July 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Torres for Congress has refunded $7,174 total since Feb. 1.
