Cost of college went up for all students at Mildred Elley-New York Campus

Tuition and fees rose 7.2 percent for 2018-19 at Mildred Elley-New York Campus, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $14,325 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $960 more than the $13,365 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 92 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 125 students received grants or scholarships totaling $865,517 and 127 students took out student loans totaling more than $974,252.

Including all undergraduates (993), 850 students used grants or scholarships totaling $5.1 million, and 861 students took out $6.1 million in federal student loans.
