Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill rose by $670,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,870,000 - a 55.8% increase over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill in July 2016, as well.
