The St. John’s softball team secured an 8-3 win over Campbell at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium in Greenville, North Carolina, on Friday evening. This victory extended the Red Storm’s neutral-site record to 12-0 and marked their sixth game this season with seven or more runs scored.

Cassidy Stouffer led the team offensively, finishing with three hits and three RBIs, including two doubles. Natasha Limbani contributed a two-run double and scored twice. Sarah Post added a hit, a walk, and a stolen base, while Elanna Lysiak went 1-for-3 with a run scored.

St. John’s began strong with a three-run first inning highlighted by London Slade’s bunt single and Limbani’s two-run double to center field. The Red Storm increased their lead to 6-2 after another three-run surge in the third inning, which included an RBI double from Stouffer and an RBI single from Madison Konopka.

Campbell narrowed the gap to 6-3 in the bottom of the third but was unable to catch up as Stouffer delivered her second double of the game in the fifth inning to drive in two more runs for St. John’s.
