St. John’s University has released its promotional schedule for the 2026 baseball season at Jack Kaiser Stadium. The Red Storm will hold a variety of themed events, giveaways, and special days across 21 home games.
The season’s promotions begin during Home Opening Weekend against UAlbany from March 6 to March 8. Fans attending any of these games will receive a limited-edition 2026 Schedule Poster. Saturday’s game includes a Fan of the Game contest.
Each Sunday home game is designated as Youth Day / Sunday Run Day and also features a Junior Johnnies Kids Club Game. Young fans can participate in activities such as joining the pregame lineup tunnel, getting autographs from players after the game, and running the bases.
On March 10, when St. John’s faces Fairfield, both the baseball and lacrosse teams will host Employee Appreciation Day. Employees are invited to enjoy complimentary food and drinks at Belson Stadium while watching both games. Those who check in at marketing tables will be entered into a raffle. Another Fan of the Game promotion is scheduled for March 11 against Marist.
From March 27 to March 29, St. John’s hosts Cal Baptist with several themed events planned for that series. Friday’s game celebrates MLB Opening Day; fans wearing baseball jerseys can enter a raffle for New York Mets tickets. Saturday features Military and First Responders Appreciation Day—first responders receive a free red camo beanie—and Greek Heritage Month Celebration for fraternity and sorority members.
The team plays Wagner on March 31 with another Fan of the Game contest opportunity.
BIG EAST conference play begins April 10 against Georgetown with National Student-Athlete Day being recognized on Friday; students can win Mets tickets in a raffle and get free Mister Softee ice cream. Scouts Day follows on April 11, allowing local scouts to take part in pregame activities and postgame base running while receiving commemorative patches.
On April 14 versus Hofstra, St. John’s will host the Derek “DJ” Southerland Remembrance Game in honor of an alumnus and athletics supporter. The first 100 students attending this game will receive JLAB headphones after the third inning; there is also another Fan of the Game contest that day.
Creighton visits May 1–3 for three games featuring Rope Hat Giveaways to the first 100 fans on Friday and Saturday. Alumni Day takes place during Saturday’s contest with former players invited back for pregame receptions and batting practice access; Catholic Schools Day is also celebrated with local schools invited and children allowed postgame base running.
Senior Day occurs May 5 against Stony Brook with graduating players honored before the game.
The final home series runs May 14–16 against Butler, including Marketing Closet Clean Out promotions where fans may select one item from previous giveaways during each of the first two games. The regular-season finale includes Youth Day/Postgame Run the Bases along with another Junior Johnnies Kids Club event.
