On July 30, Torres highlighted his involvement in a local event for families associated with the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Torres has served as the U.S. Representative for New York’s 15th district since replacing José E. Serrano in 2021. Born in The Bronx in 1988, Torres continues to reside in the borough he represents.
