New York City FC has announced that its affiliate team, New York City FC II, will play the remainder of its 2025 regular season home matches at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island. The first match at this venue is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, against Philadelphia Union II at 4 pm ET. Other teams set to visit include Chicago Fire FC II, Columbus Crew 2, New England Revolution II, and Chattanooga FC.

Currently, New York City FC II boasts a strong home record of five wins, two losses, and two draws this season.

The club previously announced a partnership with Randall’s Island Park Alliance on July 18, 2024. As part of this collaboration, the club contributed $3 million to install a new Kentucky Blue grass pitch at Icahn Stadium. This development aims to enhance the stadium as a soccer facility while retaining its certification as an IAAF track and field venue.

Last season saw New York City FC II play two matches at Icahn Stadium, both resulting in draws. The first match was against Atlanta United 2 on September 6 and ended in a regulation draw before Atlanta won the shootout. In their second game at the venue against Toronto FC II, they also drew before losing in another shootout.

Icahn Stadium’s location offers convenient access from East Harlem, the South Bronx, and Queens.

Tickets for upcoming matches are available now.
