For the fifth year in a row, the New York Liberty have secured a place in the WNBA Playoffs. This marks the 20th time overall that the team has reached the postseason. The playoff berth was confirmed after the Indiana Fever lost their game.

Sandy Brondello, head coach of the Liberty, continues her record of leading teams to the playoffs every season she has served as a WNBA head coach. “Additionally, Sandy Brondello has now led her team to the postseason in all 13 seasons as a WNBA Head Coach. No other coach has led their teams to the playoffs in more than seven consecutive seasons to begin their head coaching career,” according to information released by the team.

The organization announced that ticket details for home playoff games at Barclays Center will be shared next week.
