HSS has been recognized on Newsweek’s list of the World’s Best Specialized Hospitals for 2026. The award, presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., was announced on September 10, 2025. The full ranking is available on Newsweek’s website.

The World’s Best Specialized Hospitals 2026 ranking features top hospitals worldwide in several specialties, including Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, OB-Gyn, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, and Urology. The evaluation process used hospital recommendations from peers, accreditations, and implementation of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs).

“Based on the study results, HSS is honored to be recognized on Newsweek’s list of the World’s Best Specialized Hospitals 2026,” the organization stated.

Statista compiles numerous global industry rankings and company listings with major media partners. Its research draws from statista.com, a data portal offering statistics and market studies.
