On December 20, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration inspected Columbia University Fertility Center in New York to review practices related to human cellular, tissue, and gene therapies, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA’s final report recommended that Columbia University Fertility Center undertake voluntary measures to improve the management of its operations.
