Columbia baseball player Cole Fellows was named Ivy League Co-Player of the Week on April 27, sharing the honor with Yale’s Kaiden Dossa, according to an announcement from the conference office.

The recognition comes after a strong week at the plate for Fellows, who went 10-for-16 with a .625 batting average. He recorded six doubles, one home run, and four runs batted in as Columbia finished its week with three wins and one tie. Over those games, Fellows posted four multi-hit performances and drew three walks.

Fellows began his week by going 2-for-4 against Stony Brook, contributing two doubles and driving in two runs to help secure a victory. In Columbia’s series opener against Yale, he delivered a perfect 4-for-4 game that included a solo home run. During game two of the series, he helped lead a comeback from seven runs down by going 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI in a narrow win. He closed out his week with another multi-hit effort in the final game against Yale, finishing 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI.

This marks Fellows as the third Columbia player to earn Ivy League Player of the Week honors this season. He joins teammates Owen Estabrook (recognized on March 2) and Jack Kail (April 13).

Columbia is scheduled to continue Ivy League play on Wednesday when it faces Brown on the road in Providence. The game is set for a first pitch at 3 p.m., airing live on ESPN+.
