Charleston, led by former Fontbonne guard Noelle Polanco, opens NCAA Division II tournament

Noelle Polanco, a former Fontbonne Hall Academy player and current member of the Charleston Golden Eagles, will take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Charleston enters the tournament as the No. 8 seed and will face off against IUP Crimson Hawks, the No. 1 seed, in the opening round.

The tournament’s first game for Charleston is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 5 p.m. at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex.
