Baruch took the lead in the 27th minute when Mitchel Frenkel scored off a pass from Sardor Abidov. The home team extended their advantage to 2–0 after Andreas Kotronis converted a penalty kick in the 61st minute.

CCNY responded late in the game. Senior Mattia Gaspari scored his first career goal in the 85th minute, assisted by freshman Bitoshoke Chakma. Less than two minutes later, Chakma scored again to tie the match at 2–2.

CCNY recorded 21 shots compared to Baruch’s 13 and had more attempts in the second half. The Beavers also held a slight edge in corner kicks. Their late efforts resulted in earning one point from the conference fixture.
