American Express announced on May 4 that its management will participate in two upcoming investor conferences to discuss the company’s business strategy and financial performance.

The company said it will join the Bernstein 42nd Annual Strategic Decisions Conference on May 28, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and the Morgan Stanley U.S. Financials Conference on June 9, starting at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

According to American Express, live audio webcasts of both discussions will be available to the public through its Investor Relations website at http://ir.americanexpress.com. Audio replays of each event will also be accessible after the conclusion of each conference at the same web address.
