For the third week in a row, St. John’s University has received recognition in the BIG EAST weekly awards. Adrian Nowak was named to the conference’s Honor Roll, according to an announcement made on Monday.

Nowak, who is from Wantagh, New York, led the Red Storm offense in their recent game against Lafayette. He scored five goals on six shots on target during Saturday’s match in Easton, Pennsylvania.

This performance allowed Nowak to extend his point streak to 20 games and his goal-scoring streak to 10 games.

So far this season, Nowak—a redshirt junior and team captain—has scored 10 goals, including two during man-up situations. He also has three assists for a total of 13 points. Nowak has taken 18 shots on goal and has a .581 shots-on-goal percentage. He ranks second on the team in both goals and points.

Earlier this year, Nowak was selected for the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team after a strong 2025 season where he recorded 44 points with 24 goals and 20 assists. This latest honor is his fourth weekly award from the conference.

The St. John’s men’s lacrosse team will play again on Saturday when they host Bryant at Cox Family Field at Belson Stadium. The game is scheduled to begin at noon.
